My son had to spend a night in the pediactric ICU for observation. Everyone in the unit was AMAZING! My son has never had to spend any time in as hospital and as you can imagine we were both pretty nervous especially my 10 year old boy. His nurses (Mary and Veronica) did all they could to make him feel at ease! The hospital had a woman that came in to talk to him about any tests he may need, to help the experience be less "scary". Worst hospital ever .. don't go there ..................
It was the worst experience I have ever had there. It was so bad that I left 7 hours later n never got anything done the doctor was horrible the waiting is even worst if yall don't fix the problem people will never go back like me
7 hours for blood work, x-rays and a urine sample to be told she has anxiety, go see your primary care physician. SEVEN HOURS?! Never again!
I was going to do a review, but after reading dozens of previous reviews I feel it would be pointless. It seems none of the problems are being corrected. I just moved to Fl in August, will most likely use another hospital next time.

Overall the staff was excellent and very attentive. Even after blowing the veins in both hands trying to start an IV on me for surgery. Once the surgery was over I was taken to my room and had Leigh as my nurse, SHE WAS AWESOME at shift change I got Angela and she was great as well! Only issues at all was the tv didnt work in my room and when they moved me to another room the remote didnt work for the tv in there either and it kept calling the nurses desk ... fix the electronic issues and everything would have been great!
I always gone to this hospital since I move to Florida and no complaints what so ever they always treat me good and professional I recommend this hospital to anybody the only complaint that I have is the wait sometimes they take a little long but other than that great hospitality�
