This is the most awful hospital ever they are really slow and are always messing up, the staff are rude and very lazy I will not ever be going back there again they need to just shut it down!

Recommendedthe services here at the temple terrace location was more then expected. the entire crew today was extremely nice and professional. they made me feel safe and calm at all times. I loved every moment being here even in my pain. the doctor here with the short hair cut was amazing in her job. the nurses was very helpful and kind. Worst place ever. Went for a emergency room visit because I had food stuck in my esophagus. I knew what they needed to do and TOLD them what I needed to do (this has happened before). So they did a bunch of unnecessary things, I was there for 3 hours max. Get a bill in the mail the next week for over $18,000. Tell me why the hospital that could have had me out in 1 hour after I told them what to do, can even think of charging over a I grand for not even an over night stay. I took my daughter here after she hit her head and a bump developed. We walked in to an empty hospital and were taken back within moments. A nurse came in to take her vitals and a dr assistant came in to evaluate her. We never saw a dr, no tests were run. We were there less than 35 minutes total. They billed my insurance over $2800... for NOTHING. My daughter never even received pain medication. Nothing. Never again. I don't know what has changed with this hospital over the years but their customer care has gotten SO bad. I just got a bill for almost $20K to sit in a waiting room chair for 6 hours before I was ever seen. (They also billed my insurance for services I did not receive.) I called for an update on pediatric ER wait times and the nurse I spoke with was incredibly rude. I don't think we'll be back. Would NOT recommend.
