Dr. Erickson is very thorough checking out some issues I was having with clear vision on one of my lenses. He listens to your concerns & looks at everything to determine the issues. Everything was explained & options were given to resolve them. The very next day I was called to schedule the next step I chose to do to resolve the issue. The assistant & staff were very pleasant.
Dr Erickson was very helpful and personable.
Brandon was efficient yet willing to spend the time to be attentive.
Didn't even see the Dr. I made an appointment for contacts, not glasses. The assistant tried to fit me in for an appointment for contacts with a different Dr, but I had already waited for almost an hour, and was so upset, I had to leave. I had to take time off work for this appointment, and all I got was frustrated and lost time. Didn't get my eye exam, didn't see a Dr, didn't get contacts, and lost time from work.
Dr. Erickson, Ashley, & Brittney were great. I, always have a good experience here (but would like the exam rooms to be a little warmer!).
