Went to go look at a used chevy silverado listed for 22,500. After sitting down with James the manager he printed out a pricing sheet and it made no sense. Don't get me wrong we were expecting around 3k for tax, title, and fees so we were thinking of around 25,000 all in. On this pricing sheet he was talking about all of these discounts yet the price went up and up so the all in pricing end up being 29,000. Advertised car for 22,222 offered full price plus tax tag and title 24500 they wanted 32 000 plus includingunwanted care package and a 1000 because I didn't live in the same zip code as them ,I can't see how they ever sell a car .

This is not an honest used car lot. I say car lot because it is not a dealership. On Friday, Nov 10, 2023 I searched their website and found 16 cars, SIXTEEN cars for sale under$7,000 + tax, dealer fees, etc. Saturday morning 11/11/23 nobody answered the phone so i went there 10:30 am. I went in on Sunday to purchase this vehicle with a appointment for 1pm. we waited 1.5hrs to start the process. Drove an hour to see the dealer. Beware! My husband bought a new vehicle from this place and it has a ton of scratches all over the vehicle, possibly from tree limbs or something. They claimed to have fixed it once but now they are all back, ALL OF THEM. He has left several messages for multiple people there and no one will return his call, which is no surprise these days as customer service has gone by the wayside!
