Though my VA mortgage assumption sale was more complex than a normal sale. Brandon handled it efficiently couldn't have gone better overall. I was expecting likely hold-ups or issues because of the unique nature of a loan assumption. Brandon came highly recommended from a close associate and I personally recommend him too tier experience.
We LOVED working with Brandon! We are absolutely sold on having him be our realtor for life. We are thrilled with how both the selling and buying process went for us.
Brandon was amazing to work with, he went above and beyond our expectations.. from the first meet, to the amazing advertising and effort he put into the whole process was top notch.
