Though my VA mortgage assumption sale was more complex than a normal sale. Brandon handled it efficiently couldn't have gone better overall. I was expecting likely hold-ups or issues because of the unique nature of a loan assumption. Brandon came highly recommended from a close associate and I personally recommend him too tier experience.
