Took 3 tries to get the right prescription, the frames I purchased were uncomfortable and the third time. I asked that they put lenses in my old frames. It took 3 WEEKS to get them and they did not return the purchased frames! I have waited 6 hours to hear back from the office manager before writing this review. I should be refunded the $200 that was charged for the frames. Going to contact my insurance provider so they can chase the cash.
