Receptionist has some attitude. I don’t know if she’s looking down on me.. Dr Kikuchi got some technique.. so I’m very disappointed

Very unethical practices when it comes to billing! My husband purchased and used pre-paid Groupon promotion for his 2 adjustments at Kikuchi office. A few weeks later we received a notice from our medical insurance that Kikuchi office has billed them for my husband's 2 visits (that he already pre-paid for with Groupon). When my husband was in Kikuchi's office filling out the forms prior to adjustments, he specifically stated the he should not fill out the insurance form as he is paying with Groupon, but the staff informed hi... read more
