The worst facility I have ever been to. Staff was very nice, but they are very disorganized. I waited over an hour to be seen even though I was fifteen minutes early for my appointment. Apparently HIPPA rules are foreign to the front desk. And these poor people waiting in line in casts and braces, standing there, with no chair to sit on!!! Ridiculous! Will never be back. Dr. Kunz was nice enough but made lots of assumptions and didn't ask me anything.
Why not share diagnosis here. Shot was given. Had there been more damage???
The office and staff were very professional. Very efficent ...and timely. Dr. Kunz and his resident were very patient , and explained my treatment recommendation in detail. Would recommend this practice if Ortho treatment is required. Thxs. A.Simms -Watkins
