I took my 15 year old daughter to Dr. Johnson with hip pain. With an MRI it showed mild fraying of her labrum. Between her X-ray, MRI, and physical assessment everything was not adding up. He referred us to an amazing Chiropractor, administered a hip injection, and physical therapy. A lot of surgeons would just want to do surgery but he wanted to get to the root of the problem. He’s patient, kind, and thorough. Very knowledgeable in his field. He has worked closely with the chiropractor to ensure the quickest recovery, and t... read more

I have struggled with my left hip since 2006. I had 3 previous surgeries on my left hip. Nothing was working and I was in severe pain. When I saw Dr. Johnson, I was using crutches just to get around. I could hardly put any weight on that hip. After reviewing my MRI, Dr. Johnson recommended a labrum reconstruction. When asked how many patients he had performed this surgery on who had lupus, his response was none. I informed him that I would be his first success story. Surgery was a breeze! Recovery time was the fastest I have... read more

Hello All, My life before surgery was tough. I was in constant pain. Some may find this funny, but these things were part of my everyday life that I could no longer do. I couldn't walk my dog, walk around the mall or even Walmart. I couldn't sleep on the affected side. It really hindered my everyday life. Since surgery, it's a whole new world. I'm back to doing the things I need to do and want to do. And in such a short amount of time. The recovery was so much easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Johnson and his staff have... read more

We were referred to Dr. Johnson to repair a torn labrum in my 16 year old sons hip. He and his staff were exceptional.

Dr. Johnson and staff are incredibly easy to work with. I had bursitis over 30 years & he is the only one that has ever suggested a bursectomy. He also found I had a torn labrum and addressed that as well. I had little to no pain after my arthroscopy. I've never had to wait long in his office and his staff is very easy to work with as well.

I had the worst experience with Dr. Johnson. I had my hip repaired and come to find out the very things they went in to fix weren't fixed. Going along with that I was still inexcrutiating pain and after telling him time and time again I finally went to my primary doctor. I kept telling my GP how much pain I was in and he finally started talking about MRIing it and Johnson caught wind of that and called my doctor and started yelling at him for trying to help me. After that we put it off for a month and finally the pain was to... read more
