RecommendedFirst I am a Widower. I was married for over 40 yrs. In October I had Brandon put in a new furnace and air conditioning. They were superior. They get 10 stars. On Dec 7th, my neighbors smelled gas. The neighbor called the gas company. The guy said I had a leak in the meter and went downstairs to check the furnace. I had to replace my furnace, air and duct work. Brandon were very helpful, courteous and the customer service was excellent. I see many only gave one star with no explanation. I can say I definitely had a 5 star experience. the wait was about 3 weeks for the unit to come be installed but the weather and their appointments were booked out. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. very satisfied and will continue to use them in the future.
Have used this company for YEARS! Once tried another company who told us we needed to replace our furnace “immediately”. With help from your co., we were good for a few more years, and, eventually, had Brandon Co. install new furnace. “Jeremy” was here yesterday for an AC problem. Dx’d and fixed right away! (He even wore a mask to enter our house.). Jeremy has been here before, ALWAYS very knowledgeable, courteous, HONEST! THANK YOU!!!
Our air conditioning unit stopped working unexpectedly and even though they were booked until Friday they worked it out to come and look at our unit today. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue right away and saved us from a miserably hot night! Thank you!

I've used them a couple times now, always arrived on time, all the employees I've dealt with were courteous, friendly and willing to answer my questions. I'm always nervous with contractors because I've had bad ones who tried to scare me into agreeing to work I didn't need. you can rest assured Brandon isn't one of those contractors. Very reasonable prices and they're willing to work with you so you don't spend money you don't need to. If you need HVAC work done, these guys should be your first call.
