All the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Grooms is so personable and professional. He always answers any and all questions I ask. He’s easy to talk to and he listens to me. That’s how all doctors should be with their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Grooms.
Took time to make sure all my questions were answered. Explained my post op progress time-line and where I was (a bit ahead of normal recovery) and reinforced the importance of keeping up with daily tasks. Dr Grooms is very supportive.
I had little to no waiting at my appointment time. Dr Grooms was very personable and professional. Thank you.
Dr Grooms office from the front office to the back office are all friendly and welcoming. Dr Groom himself is an amazing surgeon! My mother’s scar on her hip looks great and my mother feels great after having her hip broken and fixed by Dr Grooms!
