I’ve been going to this office for several years. Dr. Goates and staff are so patient and kind. Really honest and will not recommend anything not needed.
It was a great experience overall! I was there for an extra tooth removal and the total time in the office was less than an hour. The front staff, assistant and the doctor were all super nice and made the operation fly smooth. I was really impressed with the facility especially the 3d X-ray viewing. It was definitely a nice change of pace from military dentistry. Would go back again 100%!!
Had to remain awake due to pregnancy, but the process was quick and easy, no pain felt, very professional, and friendly staff. Surgeon was very kind and involved even reached out after the surgery to check up! Highly recommend.
Had a broken tooth that was broken off at gum level removed.
Dr. Eric Ringer explained everything and he did the procedure very well. He was respectful and kind. He even texted us multiple times to see if everything was good. Also, he explained the instructions to my medication very clearly and I thank them a lot for their service.
The doctor was great at explaining not only the how but also the why if what he had to do for me. He put me at ease and was very gentle!
Dr. Ringer and his assistant were great. Both were very friendly and informative. My daughter was seen to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The procedure went quick and smooth. I would highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs.
Dr Ben Bailey and his nurses did so good with my mom who has special needs and behavior issues so most doctors won’t even see her. They were caring and took alot of time so they could explain everything to her and to our family before starting work.
Before I went under, I was having a wisdom tooth removal, he was very nice and informative. After I woke up I felt no pain and I received ice packs. my swelling and pain were minimal hours later as I kept up on my pain meds. Over all a comfortable experience.
