Was excited how close this place is to my home & office. Scheduled a new client 1st appt. Showed up 10 minutes early to be informed running 40+ minutes behind. Was fine with that and told them to just call and I will head over once they are ready for me. Called to inform me they could get me in next week. Really poor 1st impression. Could have done courtesy call before I got there to reschedule. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible reception. I drove here specifically to look for glasses and to see about making an appointment. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in…even though two people were sitting there. One finally said “just looking?” No “hello”. “Can I help you?” Spent 5 minutes trying on glasses with zero help. Walked out. Go somewhere else if you want better serice. What a disappointment.
Great selection of eyewear and amazing staff! They were so helpful and patient. Much appreciated and will be sure to stop back when I need a new pair! 💗
