Bought a beautiful 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from Andy there at Brandon dodge. Unfortunately, 10 days later it turns out the truck needs a new motor. Rather than make my life hell, these guys stepped up and took EXCELLENT care of me and my daughter. I was traveling around in Colorado in my Winnebago Travato camper van & needed an oil change. Being 600 miles from home & not wanting to chance waiting until I returned in 2 weeks to have the oil changed then, I went to Brandon Dodge on Broadway at the recommendation of a friend in my camping club. Honesty! They are typical used car salesmen.
Called to confirm they had a viper tech working. Was told to go ahead and bring the car down. Drove my new $155,000 collector car 100 miles to the dealership only to be told the tech is out for 2 weeks. Absolute waste of time, gas, and miles on the car (and my truck which I had my girlfriend follow behind me with and take off work to help me get back home).
