After considering several general contractors in Northeast Florida, we chose Brandon for their reputation for quality construction—a must for coastal durability—and their ability to manage every detail of a truly custom design.
Nice people but very poor construction….. I cant remain silent any more…. We’ve owned this 2016 build house for 5 years….. non stop problems! Three floors of leaking house.plumbing issues, electric issues….I ‘m tired…. It is exhausting …. Roofers, stucco, plumbers, electricians…. Mold remediation…. It just doesn't stop.
