My experience with this group was not great. I feel I was led on about a property, won’t go into detail other than them saying we were “at the top of the list” and wanted to move forward to process our application on the coming Monday. On that Monday we received this text. They claim the owner rented it out (from under them it seems like), so beware that they don’t run their own show. If you want to buy your dream home, then you want CARLA, THE CLOSER! We found Carla Acosta after working with another realtor. He was fine but not as proactive as we had hoped. I was spending hours daily on Zillow doing all the work. He was nice, just didn't have the hustle. So we switched to Carla, and WOW! BAM! POW! DID SHE DELIVER! Very cheap contractors not reliable of work warranty they just want to make their money and leave
It is/was my pleasure working with the Brandolino Group. Edoardo, Tammy, and Evelyn are excellent at what they do and I am genuinely thankful for their expertise and availability.
