Bought a Townhouse that was built by this company 1.26.2022, huge mistake! The ******************************************** even promised to buy our townhouse back If we were not 100% satisfied. They have yet to come complete work that was not completed, including paint, trim, and roofing issues to name a few. Do not wastes your money on purchasing housing from this company, they do not keep their word
Buyer Beware! The best thing you can do is take them off your consideration list now! They "take care of you" up front, but then you find out their quality of work is horrible and their warranty department is even worse. Book your one year walk through and make sure you hold them to it, or they will tell you, "it's past your year so it's not covered" even though you were trying to get things scheduled and they kept pushing dates back. All the issues ************** has listed have been addressed and answered to by Brandl Anderson Homes. The last item with his bedroom over the garage is still being addressed by the **** contractor so the statement we wont do anything more is incorrect. The meeting has not yet taken place.
