Working with Brandl Anderson to design and build our house was a great experience. Our salesperson, Wilson, was the perfect combination of not-pushy and helpful/proactive. Our house went up fairly quickly considering our unusual lot, and we couldn't be happier with where the house ended up situated. Overall, I would certainly recommend them to a friend and build with them again myself if I had the chance. We are purchasing in Carver from Lisa N I can honestly say that she is the main reasons we are purchasing from Brandl A Customer service and follow up are top notch . Amy and Megan were absolutely AMAZING! They are a big part of why we bought our home with Brandl Anderson. They were both very flexible, patient, kind and wonderful to work with. I would give them a 5 if our experience with their preferred lender at the time wasn't so absolutely HORRIBLE! They have since changed preferred lenders. When we bought we got money towards our closing costs if we used their lender and they were partnered with Brett at Cambria mortgage and he was absolutely HORRIBLE! Have checked out several Brandl homes over the past years; most recently met with ****** at a model in the ********** area. He was patient and knowledgeable, showing us the different plans available as well as the features in the model. Having lived in a Brandl-built house I know first hand their construction. The house was solid over the years with decent (~***** yrs) lifespan of mechanicals, finishes and features. Would certainly look at Brandl if the right opportunity and location presented itself in the future.
