Terrible experience, Travis was rude, selfish and completely uninvolved and dropped the ball on every aspect of a sale. A total nightmare! He was lazy, did nothing and should NOT have received a penny from the sale. Incredibly frustrating and i will take all real estate dealings elsewhere where the realtors actually CARE.
Absolute nightmare! Krystal Cox and Travis Pugh aren't concerned with the customer as much as they are the money. Krystal, with no intervention from her boss Travis, took advantage of me, my wife, and our four kids. We recently left the military after 9 long years and endured two wars and decided that our kids needed stability.
