We love the Brandin Iron great place to sit and eat
Steaks were prepared just like we like them. Love the salad bar there. There was a large party in the back & they were short handed. Had to wait (even though there were booths open everywhere) to be seated. And food was a bit slow tonight....I’m sure because of the big party in back.
Excellent food and excellent service. We go to the West Point location at least twice a month.
Food was ok. Waitress was a bit snarky and not very friendly. Waited a very long time to get a steak that was cold and cooked more well than medium rare. Husband said his catfish was hot. But server who brought out our food almost dumped his whole plate in his lap. She did manage to get all his hush puppies and butter in his lap. She said she was going to bring more hush puppies but never returned. Not a very good first experience at all.
The food was great and I couldn’t believe the price. By far the best deal around for great food and great service at a fantastic price.
I just left there. Our waitress was wonderful. Unfortunately mine and my husbands steaks were very sad. They were so thin I honestly have never even seen a steak like that before. They had absolutely no taste, and mine was cold.
Steak was perfect! A little rare, but better than over cooked.
