RecommendedI stopped in The Branding Iron tonight and even though they had a large crowd I had one of the best experiences I have had in a long time at a local restaurant. My dinner was great as usual and I finished it off with a delicious ice box lemon pie. The service was excellent. Thanks Josh, Bev, Happi and the crew for the great job.
Worst service experience ever! Ordered a to go order over the phone. Drove through the drive thru and a rude lady comes up with just telling me the amount.Not asking me who I am? nothing. I nicely asked her do you need my name or something? Just in case of orders that could possibly be in front of me. She gave me a dirty look like no I know who I am speaking with. The prices for this steakhouse are amazing and about half the price of major chain steakhouses and the food here is so delicious. We all had ribeyes this trip but have been many times and love it all. They have a lot of hearty $5 appetizers so if your on a tight budget this is a great place to come with friends.
We had a great meal tonight. Got the big ok cut 18 oz NY strip SOOOOO good. The only real complaint The steak knives are small.
