Spoke to Col was very helpful. They had the filter required that the other big earthmoving supplier didn't. Lady behind counter was really nice.

Completely unprofessional. We called this company to see if they supplied equipment we need to stock for our business. The sales rep was rude and unhelpful. They assumed we were an end user and not a business willing to open a new account. As far as first interactions go, this one was a complete waste of our time.
