Waited 30 mins and they still didn't have my burger ready. Lost my business!!
It is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten I'm going back that is for sure I give them 10 stars !!!!!!
Great burger, great onion rings, fun atmosphere, stellar service! My first time to have a Branded Burger. It was well made and very delicious. Mica was very helpful with helping me navigate through the menu. If you are in the neighborhood I highly recommend you stop by and give it a try!
When the sign says open & hours are posted open till 9:00 pm; I would assume I could sit down & eat. Evidently, you are supposed to place a to go order instead of eating in Branded Burger if you walk in at 8:45 pm. Food has always been good, but customer service has gone down hill since the owners are not always at the establishment. When the owners were on site in the past; customer service was always a priority.
Food is consistently good since it opened. The clean up during day has been weak since opened. The second front door has been broken 3 months. Rear bathroom sink has been broken over a month. That means all employees using it have not been washing hands for a month. This has been brought up on several occasions The front bathroom has no soap. No soap dispenser. There is a sanitizer pump but no soap. Gross. Won't be back for quite some time. I will be passing this on
Interesting review comments. Chow was good. Burger was outstanding. Meat of course, but the bread is important to me. I like my fries to be a normal french fry length, not way short cut, like these were. Also, need ketchup bottles available in a place like this, not tear open packs. Slightly pricey. Worth a visit for the burger to decide for yourself, if you appreciate a good burger.
I've really tried to like this place. Been here at least 5 times. The food taste is very inconsistent. Sometimes the burgers are good other times they are overly salty. We placed a pick up order last night and arrived at the restaurant shortly after that. There was a long line and it took a good 15 minutes before we got to pay and pick up our food. Service has been terrible the last couple of times we've been. My husband got a to go order tonight and after waiting forever finally asked if they had forgotten. After acting confused and asking what he ordered they grabbed the bags that had been sitting there on the counter for a while. He asked how long it had been sitting there and they told him they had just brought it out. Needless to say we had two extra burgers in our bags we didn't order and all the food was cold. Don't think we'll be back.
