WORST lending experience ever!! I am soooo unhappy with this company, that I felt compelled to warn others of their incompetence. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently refinanced with Residential Finance Corp (Columbus, Ohio). This mortgage broker is completely incompetent with a string of departments/processes that do not communicate with each other and that ALL constantly miss deadlines. Reasons I am unhappy:

Brian Kubicki We resistantly refinance our mortgage on our home. Brian was very helpful, perfessional, and always returned or answered all of my phone calls when we had any questions! He got our refinancing done quickly!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Brian Kubicki is amazing! My husband and I found Brian Kubicki of Residential Finance Corporation (RFC) by accident or by an act of GOD. Brian came into our lives at a desperate hour and gave us a renewed sense of hope. Brian treads where others are too scared to go. Red tape is no match for this man. He bears with him a GIANT pair of scissors to cut through any red tape that dare try to stand in his way. He doesn??t give up on the tough cases. Talking with Shelly on the telephone is like chatting with a friend, and we look forward to working with her again.
