Brian Kubicki We resistantly refinance our mortgage on our home. Brian was very helpful, perfessional, and always returned or answered all of my phone calls when we had any questions! He got our refinancing done quickly!! Would recommend to anyone!!
WORST lending experience ever!! I am soooo unhappy with this company, that I felt compelled to warn others of their incompetence. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently refinanced with Residential Finance Corp (Columbus, Ohio). This mortgage broker is completely incompetent with a string of departments/processes that do not communicate with each other and that ALL constantly miss deadlines. Julia I recently closed my mortgage refinance with Damon Pinion and could not have felt more supported through the process. Our loan was one that Residential Finance agreed to support as another company went out of business. Home Owner My family used Residential Finance for the first time in April of 2013 and we can not say enough about the great job that Brian Kubicki has done for us out of the Columbus, Ohio Office.
