When i walked in i didn't have to wait long for service. They had EXACTLY what i wanted in the color i wanted and it was already waiting for me. Todd was great from beginning to end. This is my first time financing a vehicle. I feel like they made it easy and understandable. They were very honest and for someone that doesn't have the best credit, went above and beyond. He even made my kids hot chocolate with marshmallows on this cold day. Lol. If my kids approved then so do I.

I recently bought a car at Auction Direct. It was a wonderful experience and I love my "new to me" car. Ariel, Richard and Jay were great and I was very happy with the entire experience from start to finish.
