I truly enjoyed my experience at Auction's Direct. I had gone to their website and printed off SIX cars that I wanted to look at. I ultimately test drove three and purchased one. Shane was our salesman and he made the experience very pleasant. He showed me the cars I wanted to look at and didn't try to change my mind or pressure me into something else (which I can't say about any OTHER dealership where I looked!) Internet sales contacted me through email and was very courteous.
I went for a test drive with a few cars and there was no pressure which I liked. I finally found one that I love and bought it. The sales guy seemed a little clueless at times as to what the procedure entailed when purchasing a car. But over all the service and the signing of all one million documents was swift. I've owned by car now for a month and there isn't anything wrong with it. Sales reps were quick to respond via email. Never actually spoke with them, but they leave me numbers to call & set up a date to view their inventory... Due to my truck driving job, it's hard for me to set up & keep appointments...
