The employees that I dealt with seemed to have my best interests in mind. They weren't pushy and didn't try to talk me into something that didn't align with what I wanted. I was able to shop on my own, and ask questions when I needed to. It was a good experience.
The car is in great shape, but the customer service ruined the experience for us. The sales person misinformed us financially on multiple levels and ended up costing us hundreds more than necessary. When I called to complain they did nothing about it saying it was out of their hands. For a place that prides itself on customer service, we found it to be misleading and then they did not stand behind the information they falsely provided for us.

Bought a car - paid cash. It took a week to get them to give us the car! They had a few minor repairs to make & almost every day they'd say it was ready & we'd take time out of our busy schedules to go there to find NOTHING had been done to the car! They didn't call us, we had to call them to check on the car. We finally got so ugly with them that they made the repairs & got the car to us after a week of having a lot of our $.
