They have an excellent atmosphere at Auction Direct USA, not what you typically find at a car dealership. The customer service was fantastic.
I had a great experience with Auction Direct USA. I shopped online then called a salesmen to check the availability, he was very quick to respond which I really appreciated. When I got there I felt comfortable immediately and not pressured at all. Everything was a lot more enjoyable than I ever imagined it would be.
Shane was our salesman and he made the experience very pleasant. He showed me the cars I wanted to look at and didn't try to change my mind or pressure me into something else (which I can't say about any OTHER dealership where I looked!) It was a very straight forward process where all the information was disclosed from the beginning. It was easy for me, which I really appreciated since I'd never bought a car before (my first and only car having been a gift when I graduated HS over 10 years ago.) So the car was the make/model I was looking for, in the price range I was looking for and there was NO pushy, slimy salesperson full of BS? No wonder I bought my car here! I would definitely reccommend this place and will purchase from there again!

They helped me purchase what I wanted, not what they wanted. This made a big difference to me because it showed that they really care about what the customer wants.
