Been coming here for over 20 years (Since I was a kid). They make going to the dentist fun. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional atmosphere where they put you first.

Andrea did a wounderfull job cleaning my teeth,as she always does. She is alway very professional and nice. She always exlains what she is doing and gives me feed back on my teeth. It is also always great to see Dr Sersley, she is great Dentist.
The staff is excellent. They always know you and treat you well. Dr Sursely is kind and compassionate. She is used every method possible to ensure you do not have pain and takes care in recognizing if you are having any discomfort. I reccomend her clinic to anyone!

I was so impressed with the staff at Totem Lake Smiles and Dr. Sursely! I have never felt more comfortable or at home in a dentist's chair than I did at my first visit to this clinic. Everyone was so kind and respectful and Dr. Sursely has THE BEST chair side manner I have ever encountered. I am a super anxious dental patient and she actually made me feel calm and at ease (which NEVER HAPPENS at the dentist).
