Another fabulous experience at Totem Lake Smiles! Dr. Sursely is wonderful, and the entire staff is pleasant and professional. My 83 year old mother and I had appointments at the same time and, as always, we both enjoyed our time there . . . YES, we enjoyed our dental appointments! At the front desk, Tonya is always warm and welcoming. Lori and Andrea both did a great job as well.

Yes I started coming to this office in 1975, am still here after one Dentist retired, and am still receiving the best care in Kirkland. This staff is really very good. I actually enjoy coming here.
This was my son Azryiil's 1st dentist visit in his life and it was great!! No cavaties and teeth growing on schedule. He cried only for a second, but loves his new tooth brush. Thank you Dr. Chen, you are awesome.

I suddenly had some tooth pain after eating something crunchy. I was able to get an appointment promptly and Dr. Sursley was able to find the problem and fix it for me. I haven’t had pain since! They always go the extra mile to make sure their patients are comfortable and happy!
