The staggered appointments avoided excess contact. The addition safety equipment in place & not using the water cleaning was expected. Rachel was very thorough in her manual scaling, polishing & final flossing. Dr Sursely did her periodic exam using her usual thoroughness. Very comfortable experience & great attention to safety of both patient & staff.
I enjoy every part of the dental experience. Every employee in the office has so much joy and makes going to the dentist enjoyable! I really appreciate how much they get along with one another, it just seems like hanging out with a group of friends. If you'd like, Dr. Sursely explains what she's doing and the science behind her operation as she does it so that one knows what's going on and is not left in the dark.
I was so impressed with my visit! The office was so clean and every safety precaution was followed correctly. I felt so safe and comfortable during my teeth cleaning. My kids actually had dentist appointments later in the day with their pediatric dentist and the experience was the opposite - we will most likely be switching our kids over to Dr. Sursley in the near future. Unfortunately, due to Covid 19, the staff at Totem Lake Smiles were only able to smile with their eyes. If you want excellent dental health from an experienced group of professionals visit Totem Lake Smiles. Myself and my Children love Dr. Sursely. My favorite Dentist of all time: seriously!
While having dinner with friends on a Friday night I had a crown split right down the middle. Luckily I had Dr Sursely’s cell and texted her. She replied almost immediately and although she wasn’t able to get anyone to assist her she met me the next day and took care of everything herself. She really is a top-notch Dentist that cares about her patients!
I am grateful that Dr. Sursely and her staff attended to my dental “emergency” in a very timely manner. Although this was not a scheduled visit, their attention and care were just as professional and of high quality as I had come to expect from my normal visit. A wonderful team of professionals!
