Our family has been coming to this office for as long as we can remember and it’s always a delightful experience. From the welcoming smiles at the front desk to the expert cleanings and care for our teeth. The entire team at totem lake smiles is amazing.
Went in for regular 6 month cleaning. Was told needed deep cleaning. They were able to work me in to get half of it done then. I appreciated the flexibility in accommodating me.

Totem Lake Smiles always an excellent experience. Dr. Sursley is so competent and her helpers are excellent with explanations while cleaning and making appointments. I do have a little cavity but it should not be a big deal.. Dr. S will take good care of me I am sure.
I had requested a new technician, as my prior one just wasn’t a good fit for me. Initially, I was uncomfortable asking, as I didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. I’m so glad I did though! My new tech Alissa provided me with the best and most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever experienced. I often suffer sensitivity in my lower front gums and have difficulty with too much saliva. Her techniques were different, I experienced absolutely NO discomfort, and she gave me some brushing tips I’d never heard before.
I had my teeth cleaned and full X-rays, for the first time since Covid, and Dr. Sursely took great care to accommodate my special requests under the covid restrictions, she is a very kind person. Alissa cleaned my teeth and took the x-rays, and this is the first time Alissa worked on me, and I really like her, she did a superior job, and she is very conscientious, thorough, and gentle.
