I had a great experience coming into this shop for a jewelry change. First off the shop is very clean and the front desk staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the jewelry they sell. They appear to only stock high quality jewelry and even offered to order me a custom piece. I chose the jewelry I wanted for my change and the piercer was very experienced and professional (sorry I do not recall his name) I definitely will be making the trip for all future piercings as well as upgrading all my old jewelry.
