James Ferguson Refridgeration Repair James Ferguson came on two separate occasions to our home in Elizabeth. The first was to diagnose our fridge problem. He showed up within the two hour window and was polite and professional. The second time was to repair the fridge. He actually worked late to come fix it, because he said he knew we needed our fridge back and didn't want to see us go without it for any longer. James Ferguson James Ferguson visit my home today in Elizabeth CO. As promised I received a call from James to provide two hour window. James was prompt. He respectfully removed his shoes covering his feet with "foot covers" prior to entering my residence. James diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator, informed and explained the reason it needs to be service, then promptly started service. Excellent Service!!! 5 Stars I was pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised with the excellent and immediate service response i received from both the Brian Morse, the area Manager and the Technician Matt Mclung. I had anticipated having to wait at least a day for service, as is common with some companies. The tech. had responded and was repairing the dryer within an hour of my call. Whirlpool Washer Positive - Denver office persistance on getting the job. Took longer than expected. Fairly long wait to get initial appt. Needed new motor and shaft. Jeff, office mgr and Robert Torres made it work by following through. Appreciate Robert's patience and expertise.negative - Took 3 appts to get job done. Over a month. Colorado Springs office saturated - minimally manned and lacked experience. Denver office provided relief. Horribleexperience This company from top to bottom has been one bad experience after another. First they try to charge me $350 for a part that was under warranty. it didn't even fix the problem, a month and a half later my dishwasher still isn't fixed and the idiot did'nt cap the water spout and water has leaked into my basement. So frustrating, I will never use this company again and you shouldn't either.

Electrolux Oven Repair Great company for appliance repair. My tech, Justin Kam did a great job repairing a warranty issue on my oven. He was on time, which is a super plus for me, knowledgeable, polite and just plain easy to work with. He didn;t just order the parts needed but spoke to the oven company about the problem to come up with a better solution so I won't have this issue again. I will use this company again if needed and will also request Justin to do the work.
