Awful service no communication. When the "tech" came out to diagnose my ice maker with out the proper tools then proceeded to not refund me for the work not done. Second guy didn't even show up. So now I'm out 100 bucks and my ice maker still doesn't work. Thanks for nothing. And taking my money you crooks
I would rate this a zero if I could! This place is joke! I wouldn’t buy anything from the store in Garden City Colorado and don’t buy a warranty as they make excuse after excuse not to fix my mother’s stove, the oven has not worked since September 2024 the warranty we purchased was a 4 year warranty they have been out to my mothers home 9 times with no resolution of fixing or replacing the oven. I would also give a 0 if I could! We have had Brand Source's, Appliance Factory come out to fix our LG oven 9 times. They have replaced every part that can be replaced in the oven and it still doesn't work. We have gone to Brand Source, talked to the Manager, who told us that nothing is wrong with the oven but yet our carbon monixide detector goes off everytime we turn on the oven. Service was a joke. Technician was clueless.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Love Appliance Factory not anymore because of the warranty company they use. Our washer has been out since January 22! First appointment was scheduled 01/28. Their tech went to our old house EVEN after we confirmed with the new address. Next appointment was 2/4, tech came out and diagnosed the problem then had to order parts. Following appt was 2/11, the tech has 1 out of the 2 parts correct so had to make Another appt! Next appt was 2/18, with the window of 8am-10am. Received a text message ... read more
