Called today to inquire on a property, and the lady was extremely rude. I was very nice and told the lady that I was interested in their Henderson Commons Lot in Alpharetta, to where she replied saying “How about you call me you call me monday, it’s the holiday weekend!” With a rude tone. I’m sorry lady, but you chose to answer the phone. You have the power to NOT answer the call. You lost a client! If you’re a realtor, you need to do better than this. I feel bad for her, must have a sad life to be so nasty to strangers.
Has to be hands down the worst real estate experience I have ever had. Absolutely no professionalism, no follow up. I would never encourage anyone to do business with their owner Bobby Weldy. Publicly put others down after they try to help. In other words he thinks his “crap” doesn’t stink. Absolutely horrible experience.
West brand properties be careful of them I put lien on one there property i send them invoice to pay So I can get liens off the property to get paid they did not pay me an Sell the house without paying me Be careful of them
