Horrible! Aaron Lynn did not get back to us for 2 weeks after we put in our application, and only then it was because we called and left him a message. He blew us off even though one of us had a 799 credit score. I guess he has enough money that he doesn't need to really work. I am completely disgusted. Not only that, I emailed Brand Mortgage to let them know about his poor customer service and they did not reply either.
