Branch's Staff is caring and kind. They take great care of my fur baby. I love the convenience of automatic shipping of my pet's medications.
The staff was very friendly and when I picked up my prescious little dog from having her teeth cleaned and her annal glands worked on she had not been cleaned very well and still had poop on her and that was not a good trip back home , I had it every where!
They are the best! Save my babies life!!
We took our 6 month old doeling Hazelnut in because her horn was broken. They got her right in within 15 minutes after signing in. Vet Morrison asked what brought us in today. I had mentioned our doeling broke her horn and she wasn't eating and not feeling well. We left her and went back around 4:30 to pick up. They cared so deeply for our doeling Hazelnut. UPDATE!! they have finally called and credited me back for the services with apologies, still not ok!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. I have brought several of my animals here without incident. But Monday was another story. I brought my dog and my kitten in to get spayed and neutered. Drop off really easy process. Probably shouldn’t be so easy.
