0 stars Very disappointing experience. Branch’s Ice Cream was never open when I tried to visit, even though the posted hours said they should be open. It’s supposed to be downtown, but I could never find them there when I went. I also tried calling several times and nobody answered. If the hours or location have changed, they should update their information so customers don’t waste their time. Very frustrating and disappointing.
The best most delicious ice cream I’ve had since I lived in NYC. The vanilla flavor is absolutely astounding. My taste buds are addicted. You will not regret choosing Branches over all the other local places.
