Good luck getting hold of anyone after 9am. And if they do pick up, you may spend 40 minutes on hold while they close up for the day.
The past three appointments I’ve had were for trying to get Mental Health Services because their mental health provider retired. 1: canceled on day of appointment by provider 2. Rescheduled “call” visit, I never received call 3. 2nd rescheduled “call” visit I never received a call Finally just decided to call for a refill on already prescribed meds to get me by until I can get a referral to a mental health provider in town. I've called so many times and no one picks up. There are never same day appointments available so my kids are regulars at urgent care. Lab work from 2 weeks ago still hasn't been completed. This is the worst base clinic I've ever experienced in 17 years of military life.
NO stars!!! Front desk needs a class on customer service training ASAP! Maybe put a smile on your face when you answer the phone. If you hate your job please let me take it! Over 26 year military spouse and this by far is the the worst place we have ever been station with horrible Medical service. I've been calling since 7:15am this morning and just got through at 11:am to get hung up on. Are you kidding me! Took me another 3 calls before she pick up the phone again. Answer your phones!
They barely answer phone calls. They don't have good provider. I wonder how this clinic is surviving without a full provider. All they have is nurse practitioner. Their customer service is not something over the rate I should speak for. Overall, I am disappointed.
