I Totally have the utmost respect for Dr James BRANAM. He treated me for nearly 18 years! He’s the most patient impathetic doctor I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Congratulations on your Retirement Dr B! I’m going to miss you! Dr. Branam is great, but April (the girl who answers the phone, returns phone calls, etc) is a complete btch. She has me looking for a new doctor. I told her I had a terrible cough and wouldn't be able to make my appointment. She had the nerve to say "You haven't coughed once while we've been talking." I'm sorry, April. I don't control when I cough. And I'm sure Dr. Branam would prefer I didn't cough all over him. And I called and left a message because I forgot when my appointment was. I'm human, it happens.
