We had the misfortune of using Bran Contractors for a gut renovation project in a luxury condominium building in DC. The quality of the work was very poor. Rather than acting as a general contractor and hiring and supervising professional tradesmen, they used unskilled laborers to do all the work, from demolition, to sheetrock, to painting, tiling, plumbing and electrical.
