I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was completely at ease during my appointment here and both the staff and Dr. Bramson never rush but takes the time to explain what they are doing to my babies and why it's important. They are never pushy about unwarranted tests, but simply lay out the facts and why they would or wouldn't recommends various treatments or tests, which helps me in making a determination and... read more

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. I would give them a 10! The staff is GREAT !!
