They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Dr. Bramson always wants to run this test, do this x-ray, give unnecessary fluids, etc. that are not warranted. He just wants to make money. His focus should be on doing the best thing for the pet with minimal financial impact on the client and doing x-rays, labs, fluids, etc. ONLY IF NEEDED.
great doctors, great staff. was employed with them for years and continue to take my pets there

Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them
Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
