Whoever is the receptionist or answers the calls is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to speak to patients properly. They should be trained on how to communicate respectfully with patients. There is nothing wrong with being kind and polite to people.
Dr. Rudra is very good, knowledgeable, and takes time to listen to patients. I’m happy with the care provided. However, the reception service could use some improvement. Overall, I appreciate the doctor and the care given.
