My experience with Dr. dhanoa was very disappointing. I was asked to get an X-ray, and when I returned with the report, the young receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her way of speaking was disrespectful, and I wasn’t even allowed to meet the doctor to discuss my X-ray results. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.
The reception staff were very rude and unhelpful. They did not listen carefully or try to understand and it was frustrating to deal with them while trying to see the doctor. They should learn customer service as well.
I am deeply frustrated by the lack of professionalism from the front desk receptionist. Due to her poor attitude and miscommunication, my kids were unable to see our family doctor for an important medical issue. It is incredibly stressful to deal with a rude, unhelpful receptionist when trying to manage your children's healthcare.
Whoever is the receptionist or answers the calls is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to speak to patients properly. They should be trained on how to communicate respectfully with patients. There is nothing wrong with being kind and polite to people.
