Reception staff is very helpful and will guide you through with proper directions. Highly recommended for the families. Excellent service.
I’ve been coming here ever since I’ve moved to Brampton and these people are super nice! They always try their best to help figure out what the issue is. I used to come weekly at one point for almost a year for injections and they all recognize me and know me by my name without having to show my health card at first. The doctors are super understanding but I especially love ALL the nurses here!!
I recently visited this walk-in clinic for the first time and was so impressed! The nurses were professional and welcoming, smiling and ready to help. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the forms I needed to fill out. I never felt rushed, which made the whole experience much less stressful.Even the walk in doctor was very nice and polite and helped me for my forms!!I would highly recommend
It is just pathetic. It is my today's (August 21, 2025 at 1:30 PM) Experience. The Reception workers are non friendly, have very Poor knowledge. They can not perform their job even as per standards. They are very rude, provide all sorts of misinformation. I would give -10 to this Clinic. My Family Doctor is Good and that is why I have to come to this Clinic. I never recommend anyone to visit this medical clinic.
Receptionist very rude and bad. They don’t know how to manage patients we pay 100 bucks and wait more than 1 hour to get a doctor. I never suggested to come here. Its very expensive with zero service.
