Arrived at 4pm with my son who has a dislocated shoulder and was fast tracked. Over 4 hours later and still waiting for them to pop it back in. My mistake, I should have just driven the extra 30 mins to NYGH. Fast track is a farce.
Big disappointment at this level of faculty, 5 star hospital structure with zero level of patients care and understandings , long long hours of wait for no reason Terrible experience
Very bad experience there is no doctor at emergency room waiting from 5 hours in after check in
