Terrible service!!! Service manager was rude, owner was ruder, they did terrible work on a paint job, that required me to come back three times because the work was not done right. then tried tried to bill me more than was on the estimate. When asked to deduct the $30, they said they would but don't come back again! would never use them!!!!!

Great place, great service! One of the few larger RV places in the cities where you can still deal with the owner face to face! Great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Huge facility with all the RV essentials you would want or need! First rate service department. Great inventory of vehicles!
Excellent Road trip to San Diego We have been taking road trips in Brambilla's Rv's for over ten years now. We just recently took one to San Diego to see my son graduated from boot camp. We experienced some problems and Jack and his staff were on hand right away. There was some problems they could not help us with but made financial deductions from our bill, they are the best. I would recommend this company to all my friends.
Lucky We Made it Home! Long wait when we arrived to pick up the RV. During our trip, an electrical fire broke out twice, melting one of the water pipes causing a flood. We had called Brambilla's after the first fire to inform them of what happened. Their recommendation on how to fix the problem, caused the second fire and flood. Spent the rest of our trip without a generator, AC, or running water in our RV. Demanded a full refund and was only refunded for one day. Poor customer service on returning phone calls.
