I financed a Certified BMW X1-2017 back in 06/2020. Since then I had to take the car already 3 times into service. First it was because of a missing part, then in 12/2020 for replacing the battery which died on me in the middle of the road at a gas station. In January 2021 I had to bring it in again for oil service and replacement of brake pads. The estimated cost was around $1700 total. Monday Morning 11/23/20 at 11AM I bought my car in to have a tire replaced and get an alignment. I was introduced to Mr. ***** ********* who completed the paperwork. When I was leaving to pick up a loaner, Mr. ********* text me with his contact information. Radio silence Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Experience 1: I purchased my BMW at Braman in 2017. The battery in the car died at one point, so I took it back to their service to ask them to change it. The ambients sensor was damaged in the front bumper, but the car was functioning totally fine. They gave me an estimated of $3000 to change the sensor what costs $20 bucks and they claimed that the cluster is wrong in the car too. (?????????) Help me understand how a cluster got damaged. The vehicle was brought in with the front bumper falling off, missing park distance control sensors, and was diagnosed accordingly. The vehicle needs new PDC sensors, a new outside air temperature sensor, a new instrument cluster that was damaged by the shorted wiring harness, and body repairs. The air conditioner will not work until the outside air temperature sensor is replaced. If the vehicle thinks it's 40 degrees below zero outside, the AC will not cool even at the max setting. Talk about the worst of the worst!! When I purchased my car I was promised A remote control that comes with the car, A year later I still have not received anything! Neither a call or an email! Everyone is extremely rude no one ever returns my phone calls or my emails. I will never buy a BMW ever again!! Extremely unprofessional! Please be aware!! I will give this rating zero across-the-board! Extremely disappointed with their customer service and their promises!!
My name is *** *****. I bought a car from Braman Kia. They sold me showing me a clean carfax. Even got the 10 years 100,000 mile waranty. Several months after. I took the car in to Sunshine Kia for service. They told me this car was hit already, and airbag deployed. Went back to Braman Kia, and they were closed down. No one in Braman other businesses seem to can help me. I was sold a car, shown wrong documentation. And now i need help. Is there anyone who can address my situation?
I bought a used BMW at a non-affiliated dealership and brought it to Brahman in WPB for basic service, maintenance and there was a faint clicking noise when slowly turning into parking spaces. They told me the car was in great condition and had been very well maintained at prior owners local BMW dealership, but that they didn't hear any noises, so they gave me the car back.
