Service advisors not nice zero manners. They pass customers around based on what’s important to them and even give ugly looks to their own people if they get stuck with a client that they didn’t expect. This is what happens all the time
Communication is key, Basic Customer Service Skills training for the Service associate Peter Armstrong and his Manager who has yet to contact me after numerous messages left and many broken promises that I would be contacted. Value your customers while practicing what you preach online.
Monday Morning 11/23/20 at 11AM I bought my car in to have a tire replaced and get an alignment. I was introduced to Mr. ***** ********* who completed the paperwork. When I was leaving to pick up a loaner, Mr. ********* text me with his contact information. Radio silence Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
